Buttercream is a mixture of egg whites meringue, and whole whipped butter. This buttercream can be flavored to your specific desire.

  • Mousseline Cream  is a mixture of Pastry Cream, Vanilla Bean savor, and Crème “Chantilly( whipped cream), and a touch of butter cream.
  • Fondant - Fondant is a mixture of powdered sugar,  and water. This mixture is mixed into a paste which is kneaded into a dough. The dough is then rolled out and covers the cake. 
  •  Marzipan is an Almond paste  that can be used as a topping for different type of cakes
  • Ganache is rich Dark Chocolate covering( like a truffle) to be use as a topping or filling

  • White (vanilla)
  • Chocolate
  • Marble (white and chocolate)
  • Meringue

Fillings:

  • Strawberry Grand Marnier - fresh  strawberries and vanilla cream filling with Grand Marnier
  • After eight - Chocolate and mint mousseline cream
  • Chocolate Mousse - dark or white chocolate mousse
  • Fruit Mousses - Raspberry, strawberry, mango, key lime, coconut, passion fruit, Hazelnut, praline,  figs, and more…..
